1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at www.enablr.ae (the "Website") and the purchase of any training programmes, workshops, or consultancy services (collectively, "Services") provided by Enablr Management Consultancies ("Enablr", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered and operating in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

By accessing the Website or engaging our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or engage our Services.

2. Services

Enablr provides business training and consultancy services including, but not limited to, the Enablr Business Academy (workshop programmes), Sales Enablement Consultancy, and A.I. Training programmes. All Services are delivered in the United Arab Emirates unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Specific details of each programme — including duration, format, pricing, and deliverables — are confirmed in writing prior to commencement. Nothing on the Website constitutes a binding offer; all engagements are subject to a separate written agreement or confirmed booking.

3. Bookings and Payment

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed engagement letter or purchase order and the agreed deposit or full payment, as specified in the proposal. Enablr reserves the right to decline any booking at its sole discretion.

All fees are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) unless stated otherwise. VAT will be applied at the prevailing rate where applicable. Payment terms are as stated in the relevant proposal or invoice.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to mark@enablr.ae. The following cancellation policy applies:

• ▸Cancellation more than 14 calendar days before the scheduled date: full refund of any deposit paid.
• ▸Cancellation between 7 and 14 calendar days before the scheduled date: 50% of the total fee is payable.
• ▸Cancellation fewer than 7 calendar days before the scheduled date: 100% of the total fee is payable.

Rescheduling requests made more than 7 calendar days in advance will be accommodated subject to availability at no additional charge. Rescheduling within 7 days of the scheduled date may incur an administration fee.

5. Intellectual Property

All training materials, frameworks, methodologies, slide decks, workbooks, and other content created or provided by Enablr ("Materials") remain the exclusive intellectual property of Enablr Management Consultancies. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Materials solely for internal business purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, or publicly display any Materials without prior written consent from Enablr.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Enablr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website or Services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunity.

Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of an engagement. This obligation survives termination of the engagement for a period of two years.

8. Website Use

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the Website or impairment of its availability or accessibility, or in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful.

Enablr makes no warranty that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Website at any time without notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

10. Changes to These Terms

Enablr reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Website or Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
